What you can achieve
- Co-responsibility for delivering the basic training of automation technicians EFZ and preparation for the partial exam or qualification procedure
- Responsible for conducting the inter-company courses (üK) modules for the training of automation technicians EFZ
- Manages the recruiting process: from pre-selection to interview for apprenticeships at the location
- Planning and development of IT specialist training in the Central Switzerland region
- You are the link between RUAG and future talents. In this role, you plan, accompany and evaluate practical trial apprenticeships as well as informative career events
- Participation in cantonal working groups (e.g. üK working group, learning location cooperation Central Switzerland, course commission)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ
- Further education in vocational training (e.g. vocational trainer course, üK leader) is an advantage
- Passion for IT and digital intuition
- Organisational talent and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. with cantonal institutions, education or further education projects)
- Strong social and leadership skills as well as enjoyment in working with young people
- High service and team orientation
- Fluent German and good English skills
