We operate throughout Switzerland and have various locations in all language regions of Switzerland in addition to our laboratory center at our headquarters in Allschwil.
For our HR team in Allschwil, we are looking for a communicative, proactive, and quality-conscious person as an HR Assistant 100% starting immediately or by agreement.
- You will be involved in processing all HR processes along the lifecycle of an employee, including data maintenance in various systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining time management as well as advising and supporting employees and line managers on all matters related to payroll, social and personal insurance, and HR processes are also part of your diverse tasks.
- You will work on various projects for the digitalization and optimization of HR processes, thereby making an important contribution to ensuring that they are state of the art.
- Commercial training and further education in Human Resources Management (HR Assistant or HR Specialist, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration; experience in payroll, social and personal insurance is an advantage
- High IT affinity, very good MS Office skills; solid SAP knowledge in the HR module and ATOSS knowledge is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in HR projects for process improvement and digitalization
- German at native level and good French skills (at least level B1); Italian is an advantage
