We are looking for the Housekeeping Department of Morges Hospital a:
Head of Housekeeping Team (M/F) at 100%
Permanent contract, starting date to be agreed

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) related to cleanliness, housekeeping or maintenance, or a training considered equivalent.
- Proven experience in the field of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Successful experience in a hospital or medico-social environment.
- Initial successful experience in leading, coordinating or supervising a team.
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene rules.
- Good command of office tools as well as a good sense of organisation and priorities.
- Ability to communicate with various interlocutors and to support a multicultural team.
- A sense of responsibility, exemplary behaviour, kindness and a solution-oriented approach.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Plan, organise and coordinate the daily activity of the Cleaning team.
- Organise the distribution of tasks, schedules, holidays and absences to ensure continuity of services.
- Supervise, support and unite employees by promoting their autonomy, responsibility and skills development.
- Guarantee the quality of services as well as the application of hygiene standards and procedures in a hospital environment.
- Ensure the reception, integration and follow-up of new employees and trainees.
- Participate in recruitment, appraisal interviews and skills development of the team.
- Ensure clear communication with employees and the hospital's various partners.
- Participate in service projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods.
- Carry out administrative tasks and activity monitoring related to the function.
