Technician for Traffic Control Systems 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires reinforcement for the traffic control systems area at the Niederwangen location near Bern. In a dedicated team, you are responsible for the installation and maintenance of traffic light systems, barrier systems, parking guidance systems, and traffic counting devices:

• Assembling, installing, and commissioning traffic engineering systems

• Maintenance work, service, and repairs on existing systems

• Laying cables and creating electrical connections

• Setting up and securing steel masts as well as steel structures

• Deployments outdoors at various construction sites

• Collaboration with project managers, site managers, and authorities

• Availability for on-call duty

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician EFZ or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in a similar field is an advantage

• Enthusiasm for varied activities

• Team spirit, open personality, and willingness to take on responsibility

• Flexibility in everyday work

• Driving licence category B
