Mechanic Customer Rework (m/f/d)

For our client, an innovative company in the technical industrial sector, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented individual as a Service Mechanic Rail Vehicles (m/f/d). In this varied position, you are responsible for carrying out technical adjustments and rework on vehicles directly at the customer’s site. You will work closely with various departments and make an important contribution to quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out mechanical adjustments, conversions and technical rework on vehicles and systems
• Implementing technical changes according to specifications and requirements
• Analysing and rectifying mechanical complaints on site
• Close cooperation with internal departments and technical specialists
• Coordination and communication with customers during ongoing assignments
• Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of work
• Documenting completed tasks and reporting relevant information
• Regular assignments at customer locations within Switzerland

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic training
• Professional experience in assembly, service or maintenance is an advantage
• Strong mechanical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional demeanour
• High commitment and flexibility for external assignments
• Team-oriented and responsible personality
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
