construction technician or architectural draughtsman, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are primarily responsible for the execution planning
• in doing so, you take measurements of buildings and plots
• you also work closely with architects, planners, construction and project managers
• if suitable and interested, there is the possibility for internal development or part-time training in design planning, to become a construction technician, site manager or architect
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training / further education as a technician HF construction planning / construction technician or as a structural draughtsman / architectural draughtsman (m/f/d)
• ideally, you can already demonstrate several years of professional experience in a comparable field of work
• good CAD skills, preferably with ArchiCAD, are required
• if you also describe yourself as cooperative, conscientious and interested, ....
