- Professional and personnel management of medical coding
- Further development and optimisation of existing processes
- Establishment of a modern, efficient and future-oriented coding system
- Promotion of a motivating and positive team spirit
- Ensuring high-quality and accurate coding
- Contact person for doctors, nursing staff and other specialist areas
- Active participation in changes and innovations
- Coaching and supporting the team in daily work
Your profile
- Medical coding qualification certificate mandatory
- Experience in medical coding and ideally some leadership experience
- A hands-on, upbeat personality with a strong IT affinity
- High flexibility and enjoyment of change and development
- Team player, strong communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Enthusiasm for involving people and making a difference together
