For our Corporate IT team at the group headquarters in Steinhausen ZG, we are looking for a specialist as

SAP Project & Transformation Manager, 90-100%

Location: Steinhausen | Start date: by arrangement

What you will do

• Close collaboration with stakeholders and decision-makers in a decentralised organisation
• Management and coordination of local and international SAP projects (including SAP S/4 HANA upgrade) within the group with a focus on leading the digital transformation along the end-to-end value chain
• Leadership of the lean internal international team as well as external consultants
• Definition, optimisation, harmonisation and standardisation of SAP processes
• Supporting the organisation in digital transformation through clear structures, professional project methodology and transparent communication
• Further development and implementation of the group-wide ERP and SAP strategy in close cooperation with the Group Head of IT, the Group CFO and the individual locations
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, mainly within Europe

What distinguishes you professionally

• Completed training or degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or similar
• Solid several years of experience in managing and implementing IT projects, preferably in international and decentralised environments
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, for communication in an international environment
