The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with around 130 employees, is one of the important employers in the region. In our residential and care center, 80 people find a home. True to our motto "Cared-for living in old age," the well-being of the residents is our focus. Our goal is for them to live as independently as possible and to feel completely comfortable and well cared for. Promoting young talent is highly valued at Neuhaus. Currently, we accompany ten FaGe apprentices and soon three HF apprentices, creating an environment where they can start and continue their professional careers motivated, practice-oriented, and with joy. For this task, we are looking for someone by arrangement who • enjoys working with young people and accompanies them through a very important phase in their lives • values excellent training quality and contributes to its maintenance with your knowledge • is – together with a second person – responsible for implementing training concepts in the care sector • independently organizes and conducts learning days, transfer days, and other training settings • takes on the introduction, advice, and support of trainers in the departments in training activities • ensures optimal information exchange between the Office for Vocational Training, cooperating companies, schools, and other external bodies We expect: • a completed tertiary vocational training such as a certified nurse HF, FH or AKP / DN II • completed further training as a federal trainer FA (or other vocational pedagogical training equivalent to at least 600 learning hours) or on the way to it • joy in communication, organization, and collaboration • a good sense for people and different learning needs, especially young adults • a structured, independent way of working as well as openness to new things • professional experience in long-term care What you can expect: • a varied, interesting, and responsible role in a development-oriented institution • the opportunity to contribute new ideas and your creativity • a committed team and uncomplicated, cross-departmental collaboration • careful introduction and support in everyday professional life • attractive employment conditions, contemporary remuneration • beautiful premises Have we sparked your interest?
