Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X)

Description
- Manage recruitment activities for administrative and technical positions across the organization, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and department leaders throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with HR leadership and HR business partners to support hiring needs across multiple departments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, sourcing strategies, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing final selection recommendations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide guidance on best practices to ensure fair, consistent, and policy-aligned hiring decisions.
- Manage the selection process for specific administrative roles, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the publication and management of job postings within the organization's recruitment system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure recruitment processes are applied consistently across departments while maintaining high standards of fairness, transparency, and efficiency.
- Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding and enhance the organization's attractiveness to candidates.
- Facilitate internal mobility by supporting employees and managers in exploring internal career opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for external recruitment agencies and participate in or manage related tender processes when required.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment tools, guidelines, and best practices to further professionalize talent acquisition activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives that enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct candidate assessments where required and provide structured feedback to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
Profile
- University or applied sciences degree with a specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role within a large organization or institution.
- Experience recruiting for diverse employee populations in complex organizational environments.
- Experience in an academic, research, or public-sector environment is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss HR administrative and legal frameworks; familiarity with public law is an asset.
- Strong expertise in recruitment tools and digital platforms, including applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
- Experience with modern sourcing techniques and digital recruitment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers, HR partners, and leadership teams.
- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and manage complex recruitment needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and empathy to guide managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
