Beauty Institute Manager

As part of a replacement, we are currently looking for an Institute Manager capable of supporting the teams and embodying the values of the Body Minute concept on a daily basis.

We are looking for an Institute Manager to join our group.

Your responsibilities

As an Institute Manager, you ensure the smooth running of the institute on a daily basis and are responsible for the quality of the customer experience, commercial performance, and team cohesion.

Your activity is divided between 80% aesthetic treatments in the cabin and 20% management and administrative tasks.

You are able to:

• Perform aesthetic treatments and guarantee an impeccable level of quality. (at all times)
• Advise customers, develop sales of products, treatments, and Body Minute subscriptions.
• Ensure a customer experience faithful to the brand’s values and oversee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit, integrate, train, and support collaborators in their development.
• Organise schedules and coordinate the team’s daily activities.
• Lead, motivate, and unite your team around the institute’s objectives.
• Manage the cash register, orders, and stock monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and Body Minute quality standards.
• Monitor the institute’s performance indicators and implement necessary actions to achieve set objectives.

Your profile

• Certified beautician or equivalent training (an asset).
• IPL diploma recognised in Switzerland (an asset).
• Experience in team management or coordination is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, organised, autonomous, and possessing good leadership.
• Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset.

Conditions

• Permanent contract (100%).
• Daytime work.
• 8-hour working days.
