Personnel Consultant

Your main tasks:

• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
• Active personnel recruitment as well as conducting job interviews
• Competent advice

Your profile:

• Craft training and further education in the commercial field
• Professional experience in placement and leasing is essential
• Native German speaker (Swiss German dialect), knowledge of foreign languages F/I/S/P is an advantage
• High commitment, resilience, independence as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
