Job Description

• Independent management and execution of assembly projects in metal and façade construction
• Planning, control and monitoring of all project phases
• Coordination of assembly teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements
• Preparation of deployment, assembly and resource plans
• Material disposition and monitoring of delivery dates
• Contact person for clients, architects, site managers and external partners
• Conducting construction meetings and project discussions
• Ensuring occupational safety on construction sites
• Accompanying projects until successful acceptance

We expect

• Completed training in metal construction, façade construction, timber construction, civil engineering or a comparable technical field
• Further training as metal construction master, technician HF, site manager or comparable qualification advantageous
• Several years of experience in project management of metal, façade or construction projects
• Good knowledge in façade construction, metal construction or steel construction
• Experience in scheduling, resource coordination and cost control
• Confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong organisational skills
• Communicative, solution-oriented and assertive personality
• Independent and structured working style
• Driving licence category B
