Your missions
For a fixed-term contract starting immediately or to be agreed
The Aubépine unit is a hospital unit located on the Marsens site. It welcomes elderly people with mental health issues, notably major neurocognitive disorders (dementias). People in crisis and/or with decompensated SCPD come here for an assessment leading to a diagnosis, adjustment of medication treatment or a period of observation with a view to reorientation to a living environment adapted to their needs.
- Basic care/nursing, somatic care/medically delegated care
- Good knowledge in the field of care for elderly people with dementia and decompensated SCPD
- Participation in the clinical activity of the service (monitoring care processes aimed at the person’s quality of life taking into account their values, in collaboration with the family)
- Clinical evaluation of mental state - physical examination
- Analysis of professional practices, support for their quality and continuity
Desired profile
Professional requirements
- Experience in the field of elderly care (Geriatrics)
- Two years’ hospital professional experience with elderly people with mental health issues would be an asset
- Knowledge of non-medication approaches
- Knowledge of the health and social network
- Knowledge of clinical nursing assessment
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Adherence to the ethical principles of the RFSM

- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Fluency in French
