Our client is an established industrial company with an international focus, developing and manufacturing technically demanding solutions for the infrastructure sector. In the course of further growth, we are looking for a committed and organised individual to actively shape export processing and drive the handling of international deliveries.
- You obtain quotes from logistics partners and present them in clear price comparisons
- You are the central contact point for freight forwarders, customs authorities and our internal project management
- You take care of customs clearance as well as goods deliveries within the EU area
- You prepare all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists and customs documents
- You bear the logistical responsibility for selected sub-projects
- Several years of export experience are required
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are welcome
- Open, clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork
- A structured, independent way of working
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are welcome
- The ability to react flexibly and find pragmatic solutions

Responsibilities
- You manage exports, imports and cross-trade transports from enquiry to delivery- You obtain quotes from logistics partners and present them in clear price comparisons
- You are the central contact point for freight forwarders, customs authorities and our internal project management

- You prepare all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists and customs documents
- You bear the logistical responsibility for selected sub-projects
Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as completed further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma- Several years of export experience are required
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are welcome
- Open, clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork
- A structured, independent way of working
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are welcome
