Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse, Part-Time 60-80% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the personnel, professional and cooperative leadership of your team
• In addition, you take on personnel deployment planning and regularly participate in nursing reports, discussions and meetings
• You work on projects and partly also actively in nursing, ensuring nursing quality and compliance with nursing processes
• You mainly work in continuous shifts; night duty on call is possible
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 60 and 80%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF / DNII or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience in the long-term care sector
