The Social & Professional Sector of the Delafontaine Foundation aims to promote the well-being of the people it welcomes and supports and to ensure the social participation of each worker. The ESIO day centre welcomes complex situations and promotes learning related to social skills for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.

➢ Maintaining partnerships with the network, families, and legal guardians

YOUR PROFILE
✓ Degree as a HES or ES educator
✓ CAS in autism, an advantage
✓ Experience in the disability field, particularly intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and complex situations
✓ Sense of responsibility and daily autonomy
✓ Strong adaptability and organisational skills
✓ Ability to teach and ease in interpersonal contacts
