As Ärztekasse Cooperative, we are the leading company in practice administration for outpatient service providers. We support doctors, attending physicians,
group practices as well as therapists (physiotherapists, osteopaths, psychologists, etc.) in the healthcare sector with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. From appointment administration to the fully structured electronic medical record to the billing system, the entire practice process is mapped.

Main tasks
In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers (medical practices and therapists) who use our software solutions. You support with questions about application, billing, and technical issues.
You are in direct daily telephone contact with our customers, analyze incoming inquiries, and resolve them as independently as possible. More complex issues are forwarded in a structured manner to the responsible internal departments.
You triage and prioritize incoming inquiries independently and keep an overview even under high workload. In doing so, you work closely with our support team and other specialist departments.
Requirements
Ideally, you bring experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Communication and customer contact
- Technical understanding and IT affinity
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (e.g., as an MPA (Medical Practice Assistant) or with experience in medical billing)
Additionally, you are characterized by:
- Very good oral and written German skills
- An independent, structured, and flexible way of working
Not all requirements need to be fully met – what matters is your willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
