Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.
Transforming Waste into Value
At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
Job Description
- Act as a strategic P&C partner to senior leaders, translating business strategy into a scalable people agenda for a global engineering, supply chain, and technology organisation (~900 employees).
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives, including growth, restructuring, and digitalisation.
- Drive talent and leadership strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance culture across regions.
- Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture and lead engagement initiatives aligned with global and hybrid ways of working.
- Ensure effective employee relations and governance, partnering with local teams and legal stakeholders to maintain compliance, particularly in European labour contexts.
Qualifications
- Proven HR / People Business Partner experience in complex, international engineering, technology or supply-chain environments (EPC / large technical infrastructure preferred), with a hands-on approach across the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven track record in organisational transformation, change management, and operating within matrix and multicultural structures.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of European labour relations, with exposure to global markets considered an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
