Main tasks
- Preparation and provision of hardware and software for our customers
- Support of the field support team during on-site assignments
- Setup and equipment of workplaces for internal employees
- Processing and support of internal IT requests
- Participation in IT projects both internally and with our customers
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft and Apple client and standard products
- Persistent and structured problem solving in case of technical malfunctions
- Confident and friendly demeanor with experience in customer interaction
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ideally experience with network installations and IT security
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel
