Specialist in Peritoneal Dialysis Therapy (m/f/d)

Specialist in Peritoneal Dialysis Therapy (m/f/d):

Tasks entrusted by our client:

• Train doctors, nursing staff and patients on peritoneal dialysis products and therapies.
• Ensure the assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care specific to the therapy.
• Provide technical and medical support by phone or directly on site regarding the use of devices.
• Develop care strategies and strengthen relationships with health partners in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Lead and deploy projects related to peritoneal dialysis in collaboration with the dedicated team
• Document interventions and work closely with product management to optimise services.
  

Profile sought:

• Qualified nurse with CRS (Swiss Red Cross) recognition obtained or in progress. Diplomas from the EU/EFTA are welcome.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in peritoneal dialysis or home care.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a geographical area independently.
• Teaching skills for adult training and advice.
• Team spirit, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility towards patients.
• Proficiency in common IT tools and ease with data management systems.
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English.
• Category B driving licence and availability for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland.
