About the job

As Project Manager at ETAVIS Elettro-Impianti SA, you will develop technical solutions in the field of transport infrastructure, contributing to the realisation of projects that have a tangible impact on the region. You will be responsible for the operational management of projects, from planning to commissioning, coordinating people, resources and partners involved. Thanks to direct contact with clients and suppliers, you will also contribute to the development of business relationships and the growth of the division.

• Complete management of assigned projects, from the design phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements.
• Planning and implementation of projects in our infrastructure sector (motorways, tunnels, railway infrastructure).
• Leading and developing the team, enhancing skills, collaboration and professional growth of individuals.
• Acquisition of new mandates and care of existing clients.
• Close collaboration with the Division Director and company management.

• Technical training in the electrical engineering sector. Chief electrician in installation and safety, with experience in leading teams or projects.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and solution-oriented approach.
• Leadership skills, clear communication and team spirit.
• Knowledge of the Ticino market and ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Reliability, strategic vision and passion for electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
