Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact on site for your customers and accompany them competently and empathetically on the path to better hearing
• You analyse individual needs and derive tailored solutions – for improved quality of life for your customers
• After a structured induction phase, you will start your supported training to become a hearing acoustics master
• In the future, you will take over the management of hearing acoustics in your specialist store – including professional, personnel and economic responsibility

Your profile

• You have completed training as a hearing acoustician and have initial to several years of professional experience
• You enjoy working with people and have a strong sense for individual needs
• You are characterised by a high service orientation as well as an empathetic and reliable manner
• You are motivated to develop professionally and personally and to take the next career step
• You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and the willingness to take on leadership responsibility in the future
