What is my role?

You take on the professional leadership as well as operational work in financial accounting and ensure the proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank and cash accounting. Your tasks include reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, asset accounting as well as the preparation of evaluations, settlements and reports. You prepare the VAT return and take care of the reclaiming of withholding tax. In addition, you participate in closing tasks, audits and projects in finance and accounting. You actively contribute to the finalisation and optimisation of ERP processes in the area of financial accounting and asset accounting and professionally support employees and trainees in their area.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, e.g. as an accounting clerk, or comparable practical experience. You bring several years of practical experience in financial accounting and have good knowledge of Swiss accounting (finalisation security according to the Code of Obligations is an advantage). You work independently, precisely and reliably. You enjoy responsibility, coordination and the professional support of employees. A high ERP affinity characterises you, knowledge of Comarch ERP is an advantage. You have very good German skills, French skills are a plus.
