We are the largest Swiss fuel distributor in family hands. Our domain includes the sale of fuels and combustibles and the operation and development of a network of service stations with and without shops throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

An Operational and Financial Referent - Shop Network

Your challenges:

• Management and control of financial flows: Verify and train managers on the proper handling of cash deposits, lottery and card controls (e.g. paysafecard), as well as the overall management of the shops' financial flows.
• Administrative support: Train managers and employees on the processes for transmitting invoices and administrative documents to headquarters (tasks similar to those of the Area Manager, excluding supply orders).
• Cash procedures: Set and supervise procedures for collecting cash data related to daily receipts and deposits with operational staff.
• Competitive monitoring: Regularly send to headquarters the price listings practised by competing service stations.
• Financial management and risk control: Support operational staff in understanding and respecting their expenses, identify the origin of discrepancies and assess associated risks.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to the improvement of management information systems and internal procedures governing relations between Shops and Headquarters.

Your profile:

• Technical skills: Excellent command of IT tools, particularly Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Interpersonal skills and communication: With good interpersonal skills and a true sense of pedagogy, you know how to communicate effectively with non-financial interlocutors (operational teams).
• Personal qualities: Rigour, discretion and proactivity are essential assets to succeed in this role.
• Geographical area: Frequent travelling posts throughout French-speaking Switzerland. To ensure balanced and effective coverage of rounds, a central domicile is required (ideally in the canton of Fribourg or on the Lausanne – Yverdon axis).
