Release Train Engineer

About the job

You work 80-100% – primarily in Zug, with the possibility to work partially remotely

• You develop the SAFe methodology across the entire engineering domain and support the teams as a coach in effectively applying agile principles and practices
• With your organisational talent, you plan and manage the PI planning as well as other SAFe events, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• You moderate different perspectives and goal conflicts constructively, create binding common guardrails, and support the participants in making decisions in the interest of the entire ART
• You promote collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders and ensure that obstacles are identified and removed so that the teams can progress smoothly
• With your holistic view, you actively shape the continuous improvement of our processes and methods, thus ensuring sustainable efficiency and effectiveness gains
• You work closely with other RTEs and team coaches, develop a unified methodology and appropriate tools, and actively contribute your expertise to the LACE team

• You have several years of experience in applying agile methods and have successfully supported teams and organisations as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a comparable role
• SAFe is more than just a framework to you: you possess in-depth knowledge of the methodology and its practical implementation and impress with strong communication and organisational skills
• You know how to inspire, empower, and develop people. With your pronounced leadership and coaching skills, you provide orientation, promote collaboration, and proactively address issues
• Technological contexts fascinate you, and you move confidently at the interface between business and IT. You command German and English fluently in both spoken and written form
• You thrive in a dynamic environment: you see change as an opportunity, actively shape it, and keep an overview even in complex situations
