Your task
Integration into the alarm system (line supervision, error handling)
Compensating capacity bottlenecks
Contact person for IE during the introduction of new projects and series stations
Assisting in training new employees
Initiating corrections to the assembly instructions
Organising manufacturing aids / carrying out and leading small projects
Process observations, takt times and time studies
Developing problem solutions and assisting with error management
Deputising for the group leader
Link between assemblers and direct supervisors
Close cooperation with adjacent areas including development, IE, service, etc.
Ensuring quality standards
What we are looking for
Mechanical training with at least 2 years of professional experience
Motivated to question and improve existing processes
Structured and independent working style
Team player, communicative and assertive
IT user skills (including SAP, MS Office, etc.)
