We are looking for a dedicated and skilled EHS and Quality Systems Manager to strengthen our team in a cutting-edge, fast moving industrial environment, with 24/7 working production. In this key role, you will ensure the highest standards of occupational safety, environmental protection, and process quality across our operations. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our integrated EHS and Automotive Quality Management Systems. You will play a central role in preventing and eliminating workplace hazards, driving continuous improvement, leading internal audits, and preparing the organization for successful third-party certifications.
With your strong communication skills and passion for safety culture, you will guide and educate our teams to ensure that QEHS principles are consistently understood, respected, and embedded in our daily operations.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Administrate, optimize and develop the EHS Management system as well as Automotive Quality Management System (AMS) in compliance with ISO14001 (E), ISO45001 (HS) standards, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and TISAX

Ensure compliance with Swiss federal laws (DETEC/UVEK, MSST/ASA Directive) as well as canonical and local legal requirements

Identify, record, analyze and eliminate high-risk situations and hazards in the workplace for the employees and for the environment (safety incidents, near-misses, major technical damage etc.)

Evaluate workplaces and environmental related safety risks

Propose (technical or organizational) preventive or corrective measures to eliminate root causes of hazards, aligned with the applicable EHS requirements

Closely follow the applicable law regulations and requirements regarding safety and health of employees as well as environmental safety and advise the management accordingly

Continuously communicate, educate and train employees in QEHS rules and guidelines, ensuring that they are understood, respected and properly implemented
Our requirements:

Diploma or educational background: qualified ''Chargé de Sécurité” (CS) or Sicherheitsbeauftragter (SIBE)'' by SUVA

Experience of more than 3 years in similar position in manufacturing industry

Strong exposure and knowledge of ISO14001 (E), ISO45001 (HS) and ISO19011 (auditing) and automotive quality methods

In-depth knowledge of applicable UN/EC directives as well as Swiss federal and cantonal legal requirements regarding occupational safety

Great communication skills and relationships management while maintaining professional integrity and authority

Demonstrated resilience in high‑pressure environments, flexibility in adjusting priorities, and strong capacity for autonomous work

A strong team player with a people‑oriented mindset, charisma, and the ability to positively influence others

Fluent in English, with additional fluency in French or German
