- Plan and further develop security solutions for on-premises and cloud environments
- Operate structured vulnerability management including scans, assessment and prioritisation
- Design and implement hardening measures for servers, clients and other systems
- Operate, configure and optimise security systems such as SIEM, XDR and PAM
- Participate in security incidents and implement technical measures for remediation
- Co-design server, virtualisation and cloud platforms from a security perspective
- Support security projects and the technical implementation of regulatory requirements
- Several years of professional experience in security, system or infrastructure engineering
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft Defender or comparable security solutions
- Experience with VMware vSphere, virtualisation as well as hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructures
- Structured, independent working style as well as strong sense of responsibility and high willingness to learn
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- 40-hour week with modern working conditions

Responsibilities
- Take technical responsibility for the security of IT and OT infrastructure- Plan and further develop security solutions for on-premises and cloud environments
- Operate structured vulnerability management including scans, assessment and prioritisation
- Design and implement hardening measures for servers, clients and other systems
- Operate, configure and optimise security systems such as SIEM, XDR and PAM
- Participate in security incidents and implement technical measures for remediation
- Co-design server, virtualisation and cloud platforms from a security perspective

Profile
- Completed training in computer science or cyber security, for example IT specialist EFZ with further training, certified computer scientist HF, cyber security specialist with federal certificate or IT degree at FH/university level- Several years of professional experience in security, system or infrastructure engineering
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft Defender or comparable security solutions
