This is what you can achieve
- You take on the operational, professional and personnel management of our specialised housing services for people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behaviour (IB/HeVe) at the locations Ingenbohl, Schübelbach and in future Nuolen.
- You initially take over the management of the specialised services at the locations Ingenbohl (IB) and Schübelbach (HeVe) and at the same time actively participate in the development and commissioning of the new HeVe service in Nuolen. In doing so, you help shape structures, processes and teams and ensure stable, professionally sound and safe operational management.
- You promote inter- and interdisciplinary collaboration and are responsible for implementing the pedagogical concepts as well as complying with the economic requirements. In addition, you jointly control and monitor the care-relevant processes with the respective team leaders, participate in projects and actively drive the further development of the housing services.
This is what you bring
- You have completed tertiary education (HF/FH or university) in social pedagogy, curative education, special education, psychology or nursing with a focus on psychiatry.
- You bring several years of experience in complex pedagogical or social psychiatric fields of work as well as in dealing with people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behaviour.
- In addition, you have several years of leadership experience as well as completed leadership training in a comparable position.
- You are an empathetic, committed and solution-oriented personality, work authentically and with strong organisational skills and see challenges as opportunities.
- You live a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and act as a role model for your team.
- Your business understanding, assertiveness, strong networking skills and communication strength complete your profile.
- You are motivated to participate in an exciting project and to expand a housing service.
