             Regional Object Manager Riviera

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensure continuity of management during absences
• Collaboration with the infrastructure security manager
• Collaboration with the client's various departments
• Collaboration with external companies on site
• Management of client requests
• Ensure compliance with the specifications
• Ensure the update of specific site procedures
• Ensure the update of various internal site forms
• Keep Securitas statistics up to date
• Perform various specific weekly, monthly, and annual tasks
• Responsibility for entrusted personnel, their proper engagement, well-being, satisfaction, and training

PROFILE:

• Hold a category B driving license
• Hold the federal security agent certificate or be able to obtain it
• Perfect mastery of standard office software (office suite, video conferencing, messaging)
• Have excellent knowledge of employee management
• Have good knowledge of the structure of official security bodies
• Have excellent physical and mental endurance
• Be comfortable in human contacts (diplomacy, tact, etc.)
• You are ready to take on the exciting challenges of a managerial position
• You have a strong personality, with interpersonal skills, structured, open-minded
• You are dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and conscientious
• Be able to attend management training
