About the job
- Independently manage exciting mandates and answer questions with a focus on employment law, including employment contracts, termination cases, personnel regulations, secondments, personnel leasing, application for work permits, etc.
- Participate in cross-border projects with an employment law focus (e.g. cross-border work)
- Collaborate with other experts in interdisciplinary teams on M&A transactions such as business transfers, restructurings, establishment of international corporations, design and implementation of bonus and employee participation programmes, etc.
- Contribute to the further development of our market presence, our employment law consulting services and KPMG Law's technology solutions
- Contribute to the planning and execution of client events as well as internal and external training sessions
- Write publications in the field of employment law
- University degree in law (Master of Law / lic. iur.)
- Swiss bar admission preferred
- Initial professional experience in employment law, ideally in an international environment, is an advantage
- Self-initiative, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
