Product Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring Manager (M/F)

Your missions

• Ensure regulatory and standards monitoring, analyse legal developments and assess their impacts on activities and products.
• Guarantee product compliance across different markets by identifying risks and coordinating necessary actions.
• Support teams in integrating regulatory requirements from design through to after-sales service.
• Raise awareness and train employees on the challenges of regulatory compliance.
• Plan and conduct product, process, system or supplier audits, ensure follow-up of action plans and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various company functions to ensure a coherent and pragmatic interpretation of regulatory requirements.
• Participate in working groups and maintain active monitoring to anticipate regulatory changes.
• Manage compliance projects by coordinating stakeholders, deadlines and reporting.

Your profile

• Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in compliance, quality, regulation, CSR or similar fields.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within an industrial environment, ideally in a demanding sector.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Good knowledge of process approaches, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Good level of English.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Team spirit, collaborative mindset and ability to unite diverse stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigour, proactivity and ability to make proposals.
