The IV office is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalisation. At the same time, we continuously develop our operational and technical infrastructure. For this, we need reinforcement and look forward to you joining us!

What you can achieve with us

• You lead interdisciplinary projects in the area of operational and technical infrastructure, for example in facility management, technical systems, maintenance, security, access control, telephony, as well as workplace and site infrastructure.
• You further develop project ideas, analyse operational, technical and organisational needs and requirements, develop variants, business cases and decision-making bases, and accompany projects and initiatives from the concretisation of an idea to successful completion.
• You plan and accompany tenders and procurement procedures – from developing requirements and tender documents through to evaluating offers, awarding contracts and implementation.
• You plan, control and monitor projects with regard to deadlines, costs, quality, risks and deliverables and ensure transparent reporting.
• You coordinate internal departments as well as external specialist planners, suppliers and other partners and ensure that different requirements and interests are brought together in the project.
• You work closely with departments as well as internal and external stakeholders, moderate workshops and accompany change processes.
• You question solution approaches, recognise cross-departmental potentials and synergies and develop well-founded decision-making bases for sustainable, safe and economical solutions. In doing so, you ensure that legal requirements, safety standards and technical norms are taken into account.

What skills are important to us

• Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in facility management or a comparable technical education or training. Alternatively, you bring several years of experience in managing infrastructure projects.
• You have sound knowledge of project management and experience in the successful implementation of technical or operational infrastructure projects.
• You think analytically, recognise the needs behind operational and technical requirements and develop viable and economical solution approaches from them.
• You communicate convincingly, involve different stakeholders and understand how to successfully coordinate expectations and interests.
• You have a good understanding of technical and operational contexts and move confidently at the interfaces between facility management, technical services, ICT and external specialist partners. You do not have to be a specialist in all areas.
• You work independently, take responsibility and keep an overview of priorities, risks and dependencies even in demanding projects.
• Ideally, you have experience with tenders and procurement procedures as well as knowledge in risk, quality or contract management.
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the other language is an advantage.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
