Your new tasks

• Independent commissioning of IP video surveillance systems and associated peripheral devices in the assigned area of operation
• Close cooperation with project managers to successfully implement the project
• Independent troubleshooting and maintenance work
• Active participation in system modernizations and expansions as well as independent offer preparation for smaller projects
• Structured organization and coordination of assigned projects while adhering to time and quality requirements
• Independent and continuous support of the assigned customer base
• Conscientious maintenance of system documentation and ensuring high data quality
• Continuous professional development through regular participation in training
  
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Area of operation: Greater St. Gallen/Thurgau/Appenzellerland
  
  

Your talents and experience

• Completed basic training in computer science or electrical engineering. Preferably as a building IT specialist, computer scientist specializing in platform development, or telematics technician
• Further training as an IT technician HF is an advantage
• 3 years of professional experience as a system technician in the field of IP video surveillance systems or in network and IT system technology
• Microsoft operating system knowledge (Client/Server)
• Solid know-how in the network area
• Customer-oriented personality, sociable and motivated
• Committed and resilient personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, ideally good English skills
