Teaching position in piano (school year 2026/27) 30 - 40%The Kantonsschule Küsnacht is a well-established high school in the region with a cultural influence. The school program includes a musical and modern language Matura profile with a lower secondary level. In both profiles, a bilingual Matura course in German/English can be taken. The school has around 615 students, about 120 teachers, and 16 staff members in administration and operations. Manageable conditions, good infrastructure, and a school campus in a prime location in the center of Küsnacht shape the familiar school atmosphere.
For the school year 2026/27 (August 2026), we are looking for a secondary school teacher in piano for a workload of 30-40%.
Your tasks
- The advertised position is a teaching assignment according to the cantonal secondary and vocational school teachers' ordinance. The scope of duties includes teaching at all grade levels and participation in projects and cultural events.
Your profile
- Applicants hold a master's degree in instrumental music education (piano) or an equivalent qualification and preferably have teaching experience at a secondary school. They are also interested in engaging in musical projects and collaborating with our instrumental teachers.
