Abacus Consultant - Fiduciary & Finance (m/f/d)
Role:
You accompany clients in the introduction and further development of the Abacus Business Software and ensure that their financial processes are efficient, transparent and consistently mapped. In doing so, you combine your understanding of accounting and fiduciary services with your IT affinity and develop solutions together with clients that work in daily operations. From the initial analysis through conception and parameterisation to go-live, you gradually take on responsibility for your own projects.
Responsibilities:
You analyse existing financial and accounting processes and identify optimisation potentials.
You support clients in the implementation of the Abacus Business Software – from requirements analysis through conception to successful go-live.
You configure and parameterise the relevant Abacus modules and ensure that the solution is optimally aligned with the client processes.
You gradually take on project management and coordinate the various project phases and stakeholders.
You document solutions and processes and conduct user training sessions.
You remain a contact person for your clients even after go-live and support them with questions and further developments.
You contribute your expertise to make financial processes more efficient and reduce manual efforts.
You are on site with clients as needed and personally accompany the implementation.
Qualifications:
You have training or further education in finance and accounting, fiduciary services, business administration or business informatics or a comparable professional background.
You understand the relevant accounting processes from accounts payable and receivable to financial accounting and payroll accounting.
You have a strong IT affinity and can quickly familiarise yourself with complex ERP systems.
Experience in consulting or implementing Abacus is a great advantage, especially in the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable or payroll.
Knowledge of other Abacus modules or other ERP systems is welcome.
You think in networks, work in a structured way and enjoy translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
You enjoy communicating with clients and have a passion for consulting, project work and knowledge transfer.
Occasional client visits in Northwestern Switzerland are no problem for you.
You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
