What you achieve

• Leading and further developing a sales team of six employees
• Developing and implementing a market approach strategy in the Zug sales region in the areas of insurance, pension, and investments
• Managing and developing an existing customer base within your own sales responsibility as well as actively acquiring and comprehensively advising private and corporate clients
• Building and maintaining a network in economic and social circles
• Increasing team performance through targeted coaching, training, and individual support
• Thorough controlling of sales activities as well as deriving and implementing concrete measures
• Close, cross-departmental collaboration to improve processes and utilise synergies
• Co-designing and implementing regional marketing measures to strengthen market presence

What you bring

• Several years of sales experience as a customer advisor at a multi-line insurer with a proven track record
• Advanced professional training (e.g. Federal Diploma, Sales Manager, Finance or Marketing Planner)
• Leadership experience in sales or proven experience in the professional management of a team is an advantage
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as high initiative and independent working style
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear customer orientation
