Retrofit & Technical Support Manager (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)
Exciting, challenging, and varied - Your tasks
- Professional support of our customers and service teams with technical questions and issues via modern communication channels (hotline)
- Analysis, evaluation, and technical documentation of existing machine controls
- Consultation on spare part inquiries and technical modernization options
- Creation of retrofit concepts and economic offers
- Coordination & project management of retrofit orders up to commissioning on site and close collaboration with design & control technology
- Support in the further development of our knowledge and support database
With passion for technical support - Your profile
- Completed training as a technician (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology)
- Solid knowledge in control technology (PLC, HMI, drive systems, Beckhoff, TwinCAT, Siemens)
- Basic understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
- Experience in technical support or retrofit area is an advantage
