The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offerings range from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care services at the Dielsdorf location are complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

• To share your proven professional experience as an Assistant in Health and Social Services and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions

• The opportunity to significantly influence the implementation and further development of our dementia concept thanks to your experience and proven expertise

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA or an equivalent with SRK recognition
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia and several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B1)
• High social, methodological, and professional competence
• Up-to-date IT skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
