Your passion

Creative play: You build the tallest sandcastles, play the most exciting hide-and-seek games, and paint the most colourful pictures with the children.

Loving care: You give the children a sense of security and accompany them in their development.

Learning: You are open and eager to learn and look forward to being introduced to professional childcare by your motivated trainers.

Teamwork: You support your colleagues and learn from and with them. You actively ask questions and seek feedback from them.

Your profile

Experience: You attend the 3rd level secondary school, level A or B, and ideally have some experience in caring for children.

Skills: You can approach children and listen well. You perceive the needs of those around you. You can handle new situations well and are resilient. You see what needs to be done and like to get stuck in.

Interests: You are enthusiastic about the development of young children. You have good ideas and are creative.
