Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in the building construction sector
• On site, you professionally lead the construction site personnel and, in collaboration with the site management, are responsible for their deployment planning
• Throughout the entire execution, you take over project controlling and jointly monitor costs, deadlines and quality with the site management
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in building construction/property maintenance and preferably further training as a foreman*in or supervisor*in or have the corresponding professional experience
• With your winning personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you can motivate and lead people
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on site as well as an interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you show initiative and a sense of responsibility
