Your mission• Serve in the cafeteria (Payerne and Estavayer-le-Lac sites) and in the staff restaurant (Estavayer-le-Lac site).
• Take meal orders from patients in their rooms (Estavayer-le-Lac site) in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in reheating, plating, and serving meals in the staff restaurant (Estavayer-le-Lac site).
• Ensure service, manage customer payment transactions, and clean the cafeteria/restaurant.
• Place orders and organize goods.
• Assist with administrative tasks of the service using standard IT tools.
• Ensure a quality hospitality welcome and service to customers.
Your strengthsYou have at least 2 years of professional experience in hospitality or catering and have a strong interest in the hospital field. You have knowledge of hygiene rules in catering (HACCP) and are proficient in basic IT tools. Good knowledge of Logimen and/or TCPOS would be an asset for this position. Well-presented, smiling, and working independently and flexibly, you adopt a friendly and professional approach towards patients and staff. Dynamic, with a proven sense of customer service and the ability to work in a changing environment, you perform your tasks with care and speed. Proficiency in French is required.
