The Retirement and Nursing Homes Teufen offer care and support to 105 elderly people with appreciation, professional competence, and the aim of maintaining and promoting quality of life in everyday life.

For the Lindenhügel House we are looking for a professionally skilled and committed

80-100% immediately or by arrangement

In the Lindenhügel House we offer a home to 40 residents.

Five of them live in our protected Edelweiss residential group, which specialises in people with advanced dementia.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the professional and organisational management of 20 employees as well as

Representation of the team leadership

• Participation in duty planning

• Taking over daily responsibility in nursing care

• Collaboration in project and concept development

• Close cooperation with relatives and doctors

• Medication management

• Practical training quality management

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or health specialist EFZ

• Sense of responsibility

• Enjoyment of leadership tasks

• Independent and structured way of working

• Very good German and MS Office skills
