To complete the Methods & Industrialisation department team, Audemars Piguet Watchmaking Manufacture SA, Meyrin branch, is looking for a Setter (Toolmaker).

In this context:

• You will be responsible for manufacturing various tools on 408S2 Willemin Macodel with Fanuc control and on Schaublin 102 lathe
• You will be tasked with programming your tools using Alphacam software
• You will ensure the dimensional control of machined parts. You will be able to read and conduct plan searches on Vault
• You will also ensure the creation and fine-tuning of jigs and manufacturing tools. In this capacity, you will ensure the quality delivered to the workshops and report any possible plan changes. You will also be involved in producing tools using 3D printing
• You will intervene in the workshops to fine-tune and adjust the tools
• You will proactively participate in deploying improvement ideas on tools, processes, and production, as well as in the industrialisation of new products
• You will therefore work closely with industrialisation agents and production workshops

• Holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Micromechanic or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking field
• Autonomous in CNC machining, rigorous and organised, you are a person who shows initiative with a strong customer satisfaction orientation. Your adaptability allows you to integrate quickly within a team
• You have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate and collaborate with your colleagues and the various production workshops as well as with your counterparts in other group manufactures
