Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the entire production control

• Independent operation and programming of CNC-controlled press brake machines (preferably Trumpf)

• Ensuring a smooth process in sheet metal processing

• Interpretation of technical drawings

• Conducting quality controls

• Coordination of workflows in the production area

• Close collaboration with the team

• Active participation in the optimisation of production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a metalworker, construction mechanic or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in CNC press braking

• Sound knowledge in programming and operating CNC press brake machines, ideally Trumpf

• Confident handling of technical drawings

• Experience in production control is an advantage

• Quality awareness and precise working method

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Independent and structured working style

• Willingness for continuous further training
