You have completed your Matura and want to work and earn good money before university, military service or a longer trip?

For our clients - renowned timber construction companies in the Canton of Lucerne - we are looking for motivated and physically fit Matura graduates, students and young adults for temporary assignments as timber construction assistants or assistant carpenters.

Training in timber construction is not required. What matters is that you are reliable, enjoy physical work and can really pitch in on the construction site.

  • You live in the Canton of Lucerne or nearby
  • You have good spoken German skills
  • You are physically fit, strong and resilient
  • You are reliable, punctual and motivated
  • You enjoy working outdoors and pitch in energetically
  • You have manual skills and enjoy working with wood
  • You think along while working and enjoy teamwork
  • You are available for several weeks or months
  • Ideally, you have a category B driving licence


    • Initial experience in timber construction, on a construction site or in a craft profession is an advantage but not mandatory.


    We offer:
  • An hourly wage of CHF 28.- to 30.- gross, depending on the assignment and your prior knowledge
  • Expenses according to the applicable collective labour agreement and assignment
