What is my role?

• Independent advice on all matters of Swiss corporate tax law

• Tax support for restructurings, mergers and demergers

• Development of tax-optimised corporate structures

• Forward-looking tax planning and identification of tax opportunities

• Advising the business owner on strategic and entrepreneurial decisions

• Analysis of complex tax issues and development of concrete solutions

• Professional sparring partner for executive management and external partners

What do I need to be successful?

• Swiss federally certified tax expert (HFP) or equivalent qualification

• Alternatively certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor or university degree with tax specialisation

• Several years of experience in Swiss tax consulting with demanding corporate mandates

• Practical experience in corporate restructurings and tax planning

• Sound knowledge of Swiss corporate tax law

• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of business contexts

• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and solution-oriented

• High degree of personal responsibility, discretion and strong communication skills
