What you will achieve
- You support the customer advisors in the administrative care of their clients and take over the administrative processing of financing, investment, pension, and payment transactions in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments.
- You assist with both the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and arrange consultation appointments by phone.
- You welcome our clients in the customer hall and advise them on basic services as well as on our digital applications and ATMs.
- You help organise customer events.
What you bring
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable commercial basic education.
- You enjoy professional interaction with customers.
- You are a likeable, communicative person who also enjoys working in a team.
- You impress with your initiative, organisational talent, and precise way of working.
- You actively contribute and bring in ideas.
