Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d) for the following exciting tasks:

• Planning and organisation of transports

• Planning of deliveries and collections

• Monitoring of deadlines and ensuring punctual transport orders

• Conducting audits as well as clarifying damage and loss cases

• Telephone customer advice, registration of transports and information on delivery

• Information on price enquiries

• Collaboration with the sales team

• Correct processing of transport orders in the IT system

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a Transport & Logistics Dispatcher

• Several years of professional experience in transport dispatching

• Very good German skills, French and Italian are an advantage

• Solution-oriented thinking and independent working style
